Our Insurance Department will deal with all aspects of your insurance enquiries, including assistance with private claims. Listening to the concerns of both property managers and our co-proprietors we have been able to provide valuable feedback to our brokers which has resulted in the arrangement of a comprehensive building insurance cover with optional extensions. We can also arrange cover for contents insurance for both tenanted and owner occupied properties. Both building and contents insurance is underwritten by the same Insurer which removes the confusion that can arise with the Insurer in deciding whether an insured item, such as wooden flooring, is ‘contents’ or part of the building structure.
Property Owners Liability for common areas is a Ross & Liddell minimum requirement for all R&L managed properties.
Ross & Liddell arrange building insurance in line with title deed requirements for properties that we manage.
