Ross & Liddell can arrange contents insurance for owners or occupiers of all residential properties that are managed by R&L including holiday/2nd homes. The contents insurance is underwritten by Zurich who also the Insurers for the building insurance. The benefit of the same Insurer for both building and contents removes the confusion that can arise when Insurers decide as to whether an insured item, such as wooden flooring, is contents or part of the building structure.
Quotations and cover are subject to the satisfactory completion of a fully completed / signed proposal form with levels of cover available are as follows:
