Where required either by request, Title Deeds, Deed of Conditions or DMS, we will arrange, via our appointed Brokers, a comprehensive common buildings policy on behalf of our homeowners.  We also arrange Property Owners Liability and other cover extensions, as required, or requested.

Our insurance is underwritten by Zurich Insurance UK and is arranged via our Broker, Towergate.

Policy wording can be found here: Download Policy Document.

To assist homeowners, we have created a comprehensive insurance newsletter, which can be accessed here: Insurance Newsletter.

To notify us of the requirement for a common claim, please contact our dedicated Repairs Team, who will manage any repair requirements and liaise with our team of Property Managers to intimate and manage a common claim through to conclusion. We will keep homeowners informed of progress.

To make a private claim, please contact Questgates Loss Adjusters on 0800 195 5684 or by E-Mail at private@questgates.com
