As we enter 2021, and the new Lockdown Restrictions, we would like to take this opportunity to provide a brief update to our clients on the steps being taken by us, to safeguard our services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

Like all businesses, and individuals, we are preparing for severe disruption to normality, arising from the Coronavirus (COVID - 19) pandemic. At the moment, our business is responding based on the specific guidance issued by the UK Government, Scottish Government and the NHS.
Letting Code of Practice
Did you know that every Letting Agent in Scotland must be approved and registered by the Scottish Government, and that they must follow the Letting Agent Code of Practice?
If they don’t have a Letting Agent Registered Number, they are not allowed to manage your properties.
