Our Property Owners Liability insurance is underwritten by Zurich and provides cover for your legal liabilities from claims made by third parties following a negligent act on the part of the property owner/co-proprietor. This cover is required for all R&L managed properties and covers the common areas only.
Optional cover / extensions available to you:

- Cover extensions for tenanted, unoccupied properties and / or holiday & 2nd homes
- Management Liability
- Contents - Varying levels of sums insured are available including option for personal effects either UK or Worldwide.

Payment of insurance premiums by monthly instalments usually attracts an additional cost, however we are pleased to advise we can offer this facility at no cost to you. Please contact our finance team on 0141 221 9266 who will be able to provide details to you.
