Firstly, we would like to wish all of our clients a Happy New Year.

As we enter 2021, and the new Lockdown Restrictions, we would like to take this opportunity to provide a brief update to our clients on the steps being taken by us, to safeguard our services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

We have adapted well to remote working during the pandemic, and through improvements to our operations and IT Systems, we are continuing to provide a full Property Management Service to our clients.  The majority of our staff are working from home, with only a few essential staff attending our offices to carry out services which cannot be done from home.

We are continuing to carry out property inspections. These will be undertaken in compliance with updated Government Guidance and subject to established procedures, recognising social distancing and Health & Safety Requirements.  Our Staff have been provided with the necessary PPE for the purpose of attending inspections.

Unfortunately, we remain unable to attend face-to-face meetings, therefore, we would ask that if you see our staff onsite carrying out their inspections, that you do not approach them.  This will ensure that social distancing measures can be maintained.  Instead we would ask that you continue to contact your assigned Property Manager by telephone or email with any matters relating to your property, and they will be happy to assist you.   Our switchboard is fully operational.  If you call our main telephone lines as normal, our Receptionist can transfer you to the appropriate staff member, who will assist you with your query.
